Online Course Pricing: We charge $40.00 for your hours up to 25.0, $50.00 for your hours up to 30.0 and $1.50 for each hour after that.

State Information: Approved courses must be completed for lines of insurance for which license is held.Tuition includes: Text, examination, grading, and forwarding of all necessary documents. Self-study exams are not required to be monitored, except for courses approved for "24-Hour" coverage. These courses are approved by the California Department of Insurance. Carryover of excess hours: If licensed less than four years, a maximum of 25 hours may be carried over to the next 12 month period. If licensed four years or more, a maximum of 30 hours earned only in the second half of biennial reporting period may be carried over to the next reporting period.

State Requirements: Self-study and Online final exams are not required to be monitored.

Credit Requirements: 25 hours annually for the first four years following the original license issuance date, then 30 hours biennially thereafter.

All agents and brokers are required to complete 4 hours of Ethics. Agents and brokers whose license expires on or after January 31, 2007, must complete Ethics as part of their 25 credit/hour requirement. Personal lines broker/agents must complete 2 credit/hours of Ethics every license term. Effective January 10, 2007 all Property/Casualty Personal Lines brokers agents must complete the minimum required National Flood Insurance Program training.
