We charge $40.00 for your hours up to 16.0, $50.00 for your hours up to 24.0 and $1.50 for each hour after that.
Licensees must complete 2 hours of Virginia-specific or federal insurance laws as part of the basic requirement. At least 8 hours must be relevant to each license type if 24 hours is required. All hours must be relevant to license type if 16 hours is required. Only 75% of the CE requirement per reporting period may be earned from courses sponsored by an insurance company and/or agency. All courses are non-company/non-agency sponsored. All courses with Richards Education Service, Inc., are non-company / non-agency sponsored. Tuition includes: Text, examination, grading, and forwarding of all necessary documents. These courses have been approved by the Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Advisor Board. Self-study exams are required to be monitored by supervisor, supervisor authorized co-worker or test administrator. Student must have disinterested third party affidavit signed by monitor. Carryover of excess hours: Excess credit hours may be carried over to the next reporting period, but must be relevant to license type held if 16 credit hours are required. Single license; 16 hours biennially More than one license; 24 hours biennially. Licensed agents must complete 2 hours of Virginia specific insurance laws and regulations.
